Great location, despite some steps. Kitchen well stocked and good facilities. Lovely, well-equipped and clean apartment, very comfortable. Very happy with no faults.

Free parking and WiFi, oh wow, what a luxury! The patio was absolutely amazing, the perfect place to sit and do absolutely nothing.

The patio at this property was a delightful surprise. It provided the perfect setting for enjoying a relaxing evening with a glass of wine, surrounded by beautiful scenery. It felt like our own private oasis, a mini vacation within our vacation. Plus, having free private parking and WiFi made our stay even more convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the APARTMENT. The property was lovely, well equipped and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, despite the steps. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. The facilities were good and we had a great time exploring the area.

Everything felt exceptional during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.

I always come back because Host & Stay - Jet Cottage @ Spa Well always exceeds my expectations. The staff found my lost barrette on my first stay! It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, a dryer, and an electric kettle. I'll be back for Easter!

While the apartment was lovely, there were a few minor issues such as a smell on the ground floor and a broken towel rail in the downstairs bathroom. Additionally, the outside space could benefit from a good sweep and tree trimming.

The Jet Cottage @ Spa Well in Whitby was an absolute dream! The room was cozy and well-designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The two bathrooms were a huge plus, with modern showers and hairdryers that made getting ready a breeze. As a busy parent, having two bathrooms was a game-changer and saved us so much time!

Personally, I found the shower a bit small for my liking. But hey, everyone's preferences are different, right?
